I'm back. Two weeks of downtime is more than I've had in SO long! WOW! It was so nice to be able to close up shop for a little while, take time to enjoy the holiday and my family. What fun!!!
I got a bit spoiled, I must say! But it's time to get back to work. So I'm open again! Still working to restock a couple of my necklaces, with no luck yet. Hopefully tomorrow will be the day I find what I'm looking for! Butterfly necklace is available again!!! I'll be updating quantities this afternoon.
Going in to a new year I've been busy setting goals, thinking about my various projects and how to most wisely invest my time. The shoppe has been an absolute inspiration. A breath of fresh air to my creative spirit. It is definitely a priority but I don't necessarily want to pour all of my available time into it. So you will see that I'm still creating and adding to but that I will also be back to my scrapbooking a bit more too! That is exciting! I have learned some valuable lessons these first couple of months that will be key in determining what products I create here. I will probably be focusing on creating things that are more renewable for me...in other words, things that I can make sort of from scratch. I hate that when I sell some things, I have a hard time replenishing or maybe I can't replenish the stock. So I've got some ideas for some unique things that will be better this way!
Don't want to write too much of a book...so I'll share some goods that were custom things I made recently:
...you'll see something similar to the above necklace available soon to BUY NOW. It's a handmade taffeta rose with pearl accent on a strand of classy mixed beads. Stay tuned!
I did these for my sweet cousin, and let me tell you...it was SO HARD to say goodbye (to the purses) :) LOL!! She gave them to her daughters for Christmas...so sassy!!! I absolutely LOVE this natural zebra print. And the rose trim is TO DIE FOR!
Have you seen these:
Black SILK Country roses...did several of these for Christmas gifts!!! I'll be adding silks in other colors too!!!
What about this one?
(coral Country Roses available now)
Here's a couple more custom things I did:
For those of you looking forward to my NEW Granny Bag...I'm still trying to work out the details and design this fabulous bag!!! I'm excited to debut it...I'm sure I'll shout it from the roof tops once its complete!
