Well, I had my stuff out so I figured what they hay...might as well make good use of these ideas while I'm sitting here! So, I made a VERY QUICK card inspired by yesterday's 52 challenge layout. Same techniques on a smaller scale, same papers...I really like how it turned out. Simple. Good. Speedy!
It never fails I am the WORST card sender ever! Thought it would be fun to make a card along with the page challenges so I would have some handmade greetings to send to friends, family, folks at church, etc. Now I'm not promising it every week...LOL! but we'll see!
Thanks for stopping in!
I love it, Janna! I am soooo not a card maker. I always worry about what size envelope to do, haha. Lame, I know.
The colors you used are great!

I love this idea! There have been so many times that I would love to pop a card in the mail to a friend but don't have one alreay made so it usually doesn't get sent. I am going to try to challenge myself to make a card after each layout. Great way to get rid of my ever growing stash!

I am a big card maker because they are so much faster and at least it is some form of scrapping that someone else gets to enjoy. However, I never thought about using the scrapbook layout as a guide to making a card especially when you have everything out in front of you anyway and can use the scraps. Great idea, Janna. What would we do without you??
